Rental Agreement Summary

1. DRIVING REQUIREMENTS AND DOCUMENTS (Art. 7)

• Minimum age: 26 years old.
• Mandatory documents: Identity Card and Driving License (I will send copies when booking and show the originals at the time of collection).
• Documenti obbligatori: Carta d’Identità e Patente di Guida (invio copie in fase di prenotazione ed esibizione degli originali al momento del ritiro).
• Non-EEC Customers: Driving licence from the country of origin accompanied by an International Driving Licence, as well as a valid Identity Card/Passport.

2. ECONOMIC CONDITIONS AND PAYMENTS (Articles 1, 2, 3)

• Reservation –> Confirmation Deposit (30%)
• Before departure –> Rental Fee Balance + Security Deposit (€1,500.00)
• Accepted Payment Methods: Instant Bank Transfer, Debit Card, Credit Card, Prepaid Card or Cash (max €990.00).
• Security Deposit: €1,500.00. Can be covered by pre-authorization on a Credit Card (Prepaid cards and American Express excluded). Release / Return within 2 working days of return, subject to the absence of damage or additional charges.

3. USE OF THE VEHICLE AND PROHIBITIONS (Art. 9)

• It is NOT possible to transport animals except small dogs with prior authorization from the Lessor.
• Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the vehicle.

4. CANCELLATION POLICY AND WITHDRAWAL PENALTIES (Art. 6)

• 🟡 From 50 to 30 days before departure: Penalty of 50% of the quote.
• 🟠 From 29 to 10 days before departure: Penalty of 80% of the quote.
• 🔴 Less than 10 days before departure: Penalty of 100% of the quote.

5. INSURANCE COVERAGE (Art. 10)

• Third-Party Liability Insurance (RCA); Roadside Assistance; Legal Protection; Theft and Fire;
• Acts of Vandalism (minimum deductible: €350.00, deductible percentage: 10%);
• Natural Events (minimum deductible: €500.00, deductible percentage: 10%);
• Glass Guarantee (minimum deductible: €800.00);
• Comprehensive Insurance (Maxicasco) (minimum deductible: €500.00, deductible percentage: 10%).

6. DEPARTURE AND RETURN PROCEDURES (Arts. 3, 13)

Departure:

• Joint check of vehicle condition, initial mileage, fuel level and equipment.
• The camper is delivered with a full tank of fuel, with the toilet and waste water tanks empty and the fresh water tank full.
• Joint signing of the Departure and Return Report.

Return:

• Return at the agreed place and time.
• Modifiche d’orario/proroghe devono essere preventivamente concordate ed autorizzate per iscritto (via e-mail o WhatsApp).
• Joint check of vehicle condition, initial mileage, fuel level and equipment.
• Upon return, the vehicle must be cleaned (€150.00 penalty) with the toilet and waste water tanks empty (€150.00 penalty).
• Il camper va restituito con pieno di carburante (costo rabbocco: € 5,00 al litro).
• Joint signing of the Departure and Return Report.
